Thumbnail / Featured Image Question

  • Hi all,
    I just switched over to your theme. It looks very good, but unfortunately I have some problems with the thumbnails.
    I do not need them blown up so much, but would be happy with a 170×230 px size on BOTH the homepage and in each post. This is a text page, pictures are not so important here.
    Currently with oyu theme I get very big thumbnails on the homepage, while other thumbnails there are simply cut off, the same happens in the individual posts.

    I have set my three thumbnails sizes to rather small sizes, but I get the blown up pictures now anyway. When I originally uploaded the pictures I usually had samll and differnet sizes, as they would get reduced to 170×230 by my old theme anyway.

    What can I do to change the thumbnail sizes used in the theme and have small thumbnails? Thanks
