Custom Input on Poll question

    hi, on a poll’s answers there is an option to “Enable custom input”. This option gives the user/guest to add a new answer on a poll. I think it’s very useful but….

    when a user/guest add a new option i think that this option must be a new answer for the next user/guest on a poll.

    For example there is a poll like this
    Poll question: favourite color
    Poll answers: (red), (white) , (green) , (other) <– enable custom input

    A user select (other) and add the option (black).

    the “new” poll must be like this:
    Poll question: favourite color
    Poll answers: (red), (white) , (green) , (black), (other) <– enable custom input

    I hope you’re donged well!

    A Custom Input option is for answers that may not be included in a poll. It is not updating the polls’ settings and adding new answers to it. I’m afraid a feature like this is not included in the plugin.

    It can be useful, but at the same time, it can cause issues, like if answers added by visitors are not related to Poll’s topic. And what if 1000 visitors will add new answers?

    hi, maybe this feature could be an option or any new poll’s answer must approve by the admin.
