How are you?

Which sidebar are you using on your product pages? WooCommerce or a default sidebar? Did you add the widget to the correct sidebar? Apologies for asking stupid questions, you didn’t share your page link, so I am unable to see what is actually going on.

If you are sure you have added everything in its right place, please see this doc about the WooCommerce widgets not appearing in the sidebars or the Off-Canvas Filter.
