Conditional variation

Hi,
I’m using Woocommerce for almost one year now, all is great, recenty i was asked to create a shop with a more complex variation but I’m not able to do it with the Variation options currently in woocommerce.

Here’s what I’m trying to achieve:
Say a customer wants to buy a contact lenses, i have a variation for a color and he can choose that all is cool. But then i have another variation for contact power it could be -0.50 or -1.00 ( sight strength ) and he also can choose that from the variation i created, again all is cool.

The problem is when this customer has 2 different eye sight strength. I want this customer to be able to tick an option that splits this variant into 2 selections rather than one. right eye / left eye. he can then choose each eye power individually.

For the life of me i couldn’t find anything in your premium extensions, I tried to look but I was unable to find anything related to this.

Can you please help, I’m willing to buy an extension if that’s the case ust tell me what is it called.
