Readability not highlighting text

    I’m using the latest version of WP and the Gutenberg editor. None of the readability issues identified by the Yoast plugin are highlighted when I click the eye icon. Is this a known bug in the plugin? thanks.

    Hi @bergerlaw,

    If you are using the Gutenberg editor, the Yoast plugin should be able to highlight these issues.

    Please make sure that you’re using the Visual mode instead of using the Text mode to make sure that the Yoast SEO eye marker feature can highlight the specific parts of your content. You can check this by clicking on the three dots in the top right and checking that “Visual Editor” is selected.

    In some cases, you may need to update the content or refresh the page to be able to activate the eye marker.

    If the issue persists, can you please check your browser console for Javascript errors?
