    I see my files that I want to restore with updraft plus. It has the dropbox icon next to it. When I click the restore button to restore my site for that date, it tries to restore it but says download failed. I have authenticated my dropbox with updraft plus.

    When I log into dropbox under the home menu, I see the files of the backup I did from updraft plus from my WordPress site to my dropbox. There are no ellipsis icons on these files though in my dropbox. I can not delete, download, or share these files. I can get into the files in my dropbox if it’s starred but can not delete, save, or share these files once I am inside the folder. These files only appear on the home menu screen of my dropbox.

    Hi,

    You can manually download the backup files from your Dropbox account and upload them in the “Backup/Restore” tab > Upload backup files link.

    Hi,

    Sorry about the delay.

    Can you view the backup log for that backup, can you confirm that the backup was successful?

    If it was successful in Dropbox do the files have a file size.

    Hello Ashley,
    I do not see a backup log at all for these backup files.

    When I am in dropbox I do see file sizes.
