    Hello

I want to allow only users who have a password to join a meeting. After I add a linked meeting, and add a password, still any users who have the URL can view the meeting post and click to join without needing to enter the password.

How can I enforce the requirement to enter a password before anyone can join the meeting?

I have the Pro license for Zoom, and the Zoom setting for my test meeting has “Require Meeting Password” checked. But the password is not required for anyone to join via your plugin.

Can you advise how to password protect a linked meeting post?

    Thanks and regards

    Hi @janaa

At the moment even if you add password to a meeting link – It will attach password to join link via plugin. I am thinking of adding a setting for this. So, soon on this.

    Thanks

Thanks, Deepen. I won’t be needing this anytime soon as I have purchased your Woocommerce addon which provides everything I need.

Thank you Deepen, I need exactly the same thing as Janaa. ( Thanks Janaaa to rise the issue)

any idea when this will become available if so? just asking

    thanks a lot

    Hi All,

With latest update you should be able to do this.

One way is to configure directly from Zoom to disallow this sort of behaviour. Other way around is to enable “Disable Embed password in Link ?” from Zoom Meetings > Settings page.

You might need to re-update meetings created from Zoom Meetings page after you enable this.

    Thanks
