Converter skipping images with special characters

Hi, I just found out when converting images, the converter skips some of the images with special characters, for example:
Vistas-históricas-del-comportamiento-anormal.png
Un-peque?o-gesto.jpg
?Tienes-lo-que-se-necesita-para-ser-un-gran-maestro-100×52.pngthe images above are skipped cause it have latin special characters: ó í ? ? and so on.

In my environment, I was able to upload and convert with no problem.
I think it involves a file name sanitization issue;
WordPress usually sanitizes a special character and converts it to another character.
The special character remains as the name of the media library, but the file name becomes an alias. That process doesn’t seem to be working in your environment.
