Add filed for GRPD form

Currently, there is no such default field for GDPR. However, you can do custom code and add the field.

Alternatively, you may use our WooCommerce Catalog Enquiry Pro and add the field using Custom form field.

However, if you are good with code, we can share the filter name, that you can use to add your own custom code.
