Wallet Payment Option Not Showing at the Checkout

    Hi,
    Previously, I can see the wallet payment option. But somehow now I cant see it now. If there is balance in the wallet, it will be automatically deducted from the wallet and the rest via other payment gateway.

    But if there is zero balance in the wallet, I cant see the payment via wallet option.

    How to make the option to pay with wallet appear at the checkout? I want to give my customer the option to choose to pay with wallet at the checkout. Some customers like to use other payment method even though they have balance in their wallet.

    p/s I have checked the payment setting for wallet by the way.. I have activated it.

    Wallet payment method will not show at the checkout page if user doesn’t have sufficient balance.

    Okay.. You mean even though if I have $20 in my wallet but the price that I have to pay at the chcekout is $100, the wallet payment method wont show because of insufficient balance? Instead, it will just automatically deducted the $20 from $100 with no wallet payment option?
    Is that what you mean?
