I created a bilingual website, interchangeable from Thai to English.
With using Translatepress, everything was fine so far, until I tried to translate images.
I added a parallel link of a translated image to the site.
It worked when I displayed it on my dashboard, but when I saw it in the browser as a viewer, the image hasn’t been translated (or changed to the translated image) yet.

Wonder if there is something to do with code or additional plugins.

Hello,

Disable all other plugins and keep only translatepress active. Please also disable all add-ons. If this fixes the problem, as it probably will, enable everything one by one, checking each time to see when the problem returns. The problem may be your caching plugin.

Please write me after and tell me if this fixed your problem.

Hi Denis,

Thank you for your answer.
I’ve already tried to deactivate most of my plugins, except Jetpack and Akismet Anti-spam, which seem to not be able to be deactivated. Still, the problem has not yet been fixed.

So now, I am thinking of deactivating translatepress plugin and re-activating it again may help with this issue, but having concern if all translated sites will be gone because of that.

Do you think this will work or, perhaps, you can suggest me other ways to solve?

Can you give me the url from the page on which the photo is not translated?
and tell me exactly what photo is untranslatable.

Please try to deactivate jetpack. if you cannot do this please deactivate all settings related to caching or/and pictures.

Hi Denis,

I tried so hard to look for how to deactivate the plugin.
And when I found one and did. That worked!
There were more 40 modules inside the Jetpack and we need to deactivate it all.

And now translatepress works fine, thank to your help.
