Will ads show in my theme

    Hi
    I’m using the Pen theme and want to place ads in different positions between posts. You can see in the Pen theme on my website this is a Masonry layout.
    The idea is that the ads show up as if they are posts, at different positions. For example, at the 3 and 9 post positions in the grid.
    I see that your Pro version does show the ads between posts, but will it work as I require with the Pen theme.

    Hi greyrocket,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Injecting ads in Masonry layouts need a little adjustment. You can find here a description of how to address the correct item selector for this.

    To inject into the archive pages of the Pen theme, you need to specify the container class of the recent posts in the ad that you want to display there; it is pen_article.

    In my test, I used the post lists placement of Advanced Ads Pro to place the ad.

    That’s fantastic. That bit is the last question mark before I get serious about this site. Knowing that there is a plugin I can use to place the ads is key to moving forward. Look forward to putting it in place not to far down the track.
