Namaste LMS WooCommerce Bridge

  • I am just about ready to launch my course but keep hitting a wall using the Namaste LMS WooCommerce Bridge, and can’t find ANY support forums topics on this.

    I followed all instruction I could find regarding the use of the WooCommerce Bridge: I created the course “Product” in WooCommerce and gave it a custom attribute with name “namaste-course” and value containing the ID of the course (NOT as custom attribute type from the separate Woocommerce Attributes menu). It is both marked as both virtual and downloadable.

    When test running, the customer gets the message:
    SyntaxError: JSON Parse error: Unexpected identifier “Your”

    The customer’s order appears to get processed on my end, but the customer does not get enrolled in the class and does not receive a confirmation email with their downloadable course materials. They can, however, look at their order history and see their completed purchase, along with their downloadable course material. But they are NOT enrolled in the course (nor can they log in and join the course).

    What am I doing wrong? I have a Shop on my site already and this is the only product with which I’m encountering an error. I don’t know where the problem lies but I suspect it has something to do with the Bridge …

    I should point out that I have a WordPress.com business site so I can’t manually adjust the PHP code if that’s the issue. All my software is up do date and I have disabled any unnecessary plug-ins and cleared the cache and re-tried the transaction multiple times on different computers with the same result. Please help!

    There is probably some error on the server which can be seen in the server error log or with some of the WP plugins for debugging.
