Multi helpdesk not working

    I installed this plugin and I have tried to add company and ticket but those segments are not clickable no link attached to any of those. I have to uninstall.

    Can you tell me which theme are you using?

    Once you click on any company, there is link named Show All Tickets.
    Which can manually access as well.

    If you are accessing as admin
    YOURSITE/{HELPDESK-SLUG}/{company-slug}/admin/tickets/?pagenumber=1

    If you are accessing as customer
    YOURSITE/{HELPDESK-SLUG}/{company-slug}/customer/tickets/?pagenumber=1

    I have just tested the theme, all links are clickable.
