    Hi @born2web,

    Please be sure to update our plugin to the latest version.

    Then, clear the cache by clicking to Feed Them tab > Settings > Global Options > Clear cache

    Be sure to clear any other Caching plugins you may have installed also.

    If clearing the cache doesn’t resolve the issue, go to Feed Them > Facebook Options and clear the Page ID & Access Token, then save the page. Then reacquire an access token and generate a new shortcode.

    This didn’t work I’m afraid and now I cannot get the access token unless I add manually…

    I do see the feed working ok, weird it is not updating. Can you please email us and also include the shortcode along with access token you are using to support @ slickremix.com
