Thank you for reaching out and thank you for providing screenshots. As i could determine you are using the 6.1.0 version of Blog2Social plugin. Please proceed with an plugin update to the version 6.3.0 and recheck you networks view in the Blog2Social plugin. It is also recommended to update WordPress to the latest version available.Please let me know if this solution is working for you.
