• I can’t seem to get the Dynamic pricing tool to work with the Custom Product Addons tool. After adding both plugins, I would expect to see the unit price on the product page change to reflect the discount added and quantity selected. More importantly, I would expect the totals box to reflect the discount but it just shows the original price?

    Something Like the below or even without the extra ‘Discount’ line, just the Product Price adjusting accordingly:

    Options Price:£50.00
    Product Price:£210.00
    Discount Amount: -£10.00
    Total: £250.00

    Presuming I have not found the correct setting, please help?

    I have purchased two products from you with lifetime update support.

    1. Custom product options £59
    2. Pricing rules £39

    I contacted your support to find our if your BOGO rules would work with your custom options and waited 8 days for a response that did not actually answer the question properly. I chased this up and still got no response. I also raised a query on the forum but nothing.

    To find out if it worked for myself (due to lack of support), I just now purchased the pricing rules as I had no response but hoped/assumed your own products must be compatible with each other. Unbelievable, it seems they are not!

    I have had a number of other discount BOGO plugin developers trying to be make their plugin compatible with your custom option plugin but they all say your custom options plugin is using deprecated functions.

    i can’t believe I am the only person in the world with a product whose price is calculated using a formula that depends on user input at the front end (namely width and drop) and who also wants to offer customers a buy 2 get one free deal. Despite the fact you sell both these products independently they don’t work with each other.

    I am very disappointed with your products which don’t work for my needs and your support which takes for ever and you have not helped at all.

    Please would you refund both these products and I will start again.
