    Hello Till,

I am using “WooCommerce Product Search” plugin but it doesn’t work correctly as I activate Redis Object Cache. how can I deactivate object cache on it so that I can use object cache for the rest of the site?
It is located in the widget area. Can I maybe disable Redis for “widgets” if I put it in Ignored Groups?

You have to find out which cache group the search plugin is using and ignore that specific group.

    It’s a paid plugin, right?

No, I don’t have the paid version. So is it only possible in the paid version?
If I purchase the paid version how can I find the groups? Is there any list or do I need to be Redis expert to know the group?

I was referring to the paid version of “WooCommerce Product Search”.

Both the free and paid version of Redis Object Cache support ignoring groups.

You’ll need a programmer to assist you with finding out which groups to ignore in your “WooCommerce Product Search” plugin.
