No courses shown to user

Hi, over 1 year ago there was reported in this forum the issue that someone enrolling on a free course cannot get access, see here link to that thread and extract of the same issue:

The enroll, register process complexity is very problematic.
If the course is free it jumps to profile page after register, where it is written that user has no courses.

I have exactly the same problem on my site shown above, I have a free course and I tested it with a 3rd party, he went through the emrolment which was confirmed successful, then there appeared the message that there were no courses
