Restore Error

  • I am attempting to restore a site that i previously backed up in WP Clone. I have a new hosting (bluehost) I have installed the plugin, deactivated every other plug in and then uploaded my backup zip to Google Drive. When restoring, I get this error:

    The plugin encountered an error while extracting the zip file using php ziparchive,the following error message was returned:
    Error Message :

    Temporary files created in **SITE-ROOT**/wp-content/wpclone-temp will be deleted.

    How can I fix this? Thank you

  • Hi @lilayork2,
    The plugin can’t directly download backup zip from Google Drive link. Can you directly download that from that link without visiting Google Drive page?

    Can you please share the link structure (by hiding any identifiable information)? So we can double check.
