How to make contact form responsive?

On my company’s inquiry form created using this plugin, on a desktop, all the fields are shown properly and you can see them all and fill them out, complete the recaptcha and click Send.

However, on a laptop screen, the inquiry form fields don’t seem to scale.

That means that on a laptop (and I presume mobile) they only see the fields up to the recaptcha.

To view the Send button I have to press Ctrl + – to zoom the browser out to see all the fields below the recaptcha.

How can I make the form work properly on laptops?
