Square, matching SKU, but doesn’t sink

Hello,
I am trying to sync products to my square account but am having two problems:
Firstly when I go to WooCommerce –> Settings –> Square then click import all products from the square it imports all the products with an SKU not already in WordPress however it also imports all the categories from products without SKUs from Square meaning whenever I click this I get many unwanted categories all with 0 products in them.

My second problem is products only update when they are imported like this. If I am to make a new product, add an existing SKU from Square, then tick “Update product data with Square data” after 1 hour it does not update the price or quantity.
