Hi, we have been using GiveWP with Paypal Standard and also purchased Stripe Gateway add-on. Everything was working fine for many months, but all of a sudden we are having problems with IPNs and Stripe payment succeeded webhooks. I can see from the Paypal IPN history that the notification was sent successfully (200 OK). Same with the stripe webhook.

I believe somehow the give-listener is not working correctly. From the Tools -> System Info, I see that Paypal IPN is enabled but shows N/A in the IPN Notifications. On Stripe, the last webhook completion is shown as Feb 28, although we have had a couple of donations since then.

Please let us know how to get this fixed.
    Thanks.

Forgot to mention that the donations show up as “Pending” (both Stripe and Paypal) and I had to manually check and mark them completed.

    Hey @pmgopal,

    I’m happy to clarify here.

This is most often caused by a lack of the proper webhook (a mechanism for sending data from Stripe to GiveWP) set in your Stripe account. I can see in your System Info that you sent below (thanks for sending that over) the Webhook is not connecting somewhere along the line.

Our documentation on setting up the webhook is listed below. Please follow through with setting this up again so we can ensure it’s correct.
    https://givewp.com/documentation/add-ons/stripe-gateway/#webhooks

If the webhook is correctly configured, you should see a record in the logs at Donations > Tools > Logs > Stripe for every event at Stripe (going forward).
You’ll need to manually go through and mark the older ones as complete, using your Stripe and PayPal account to cross-reference.

Double-check that webhook and let us know if you need anything else. Once the webhook is set correctly, it should be back working again.

Please let us know if you have further questions on this or need any additional assistance!

Matheus, you and Rick already helped me on premium support. The issue was a problem in caching configuration as you had pointed out earlier to me. You can mark this resolved.

    You guys are the best!
