Cannot use offset correctly

  • Hi,
    I have offset set to 30 minutes. I have “Availability mode” option to “Advanced”.
    My limit of customer per session is 3. My services can have 2 custumer at time. I have 3 services.
    I have not understand how to make the offeset appears after every single “booking” of a services.

    Why I would like to do it in this was? In my country you have to clean all the items used or touched by the customer. Every single services done. So knowing that this is the new standard in my country (Italy) and probably will be in some other state the question is:
    “How can I set the offset in a way that after every single services that is used has 30 minute to make it complete the cleaning?”

  • Hello I have the same problem. In my archery club, we can book a session for 1h45, and there must be an offset of 15 minutes. Then I set the session for 2h,
    and because there is no end time displayed, I just mark on the page that every session is 1h45 -> I’ve got the offset.

    But it doesn’t work if you have different sessions of different time
