Feature request: Make email tags work in the email subject

However, you can achieve what you want by creating a tiny plugin which hooks to asp_seller_email_subject filter.

You can use built-in asp_apply_dynamic_tags_on_email_body function to do the job for you. So your plugin would look like this:

add_filter('asp_seller_email_subject', 'my_asp_seller_email_subject_handler', 10, 2);

function my_asp_seller_email_subject_handler ($subj, $data) {
   $subj = asp_apply_dynamic_tags_on_email_body($subj, $data);
   return $subj;
}

Making it a plugin will let you keep the functionality even when core plugin is updated.

Once enabled, it would make email tags work for seller email subject.
