    Hello,

    I find the plugin very much helpful.

    I want to know who has participated in the survey and how can we define the user?

    Or like, cant we display a registration form or something like a simple form just to collect the details of respondents like Name, Email, and Department.

    Hello

    currently the plug-in does not allow this function. We are considering whether to integrate it and how. Now the only way is to insert the recognition fields into the survey and make them mandatory.

    Hi, @kishonshrestha1,

    you can enter e-mail, name and surname as mandatory fields and immediately after you can enter your questions. So you can also collect data from your users.
