• Please see this image. A number of users have reported seeing that once payment is successful, they aren’t being redirected to the website. Although it does work in some cases, it doesn’t in others. I ran a few tests and was able to replicate the issue but the debug logs had nothing worthwhile. I’d like to point out that the payment does indeed come through, but the WooCommerce “processing” hook doesn’t fire as I believe that happens post redirection. Please let me know if there’s anything I need to do from my side. Thanks

  • Same issue I am facing with Woo Commerce website.. after payment successful page doesn’t redial to order confirmation page on my website.. after few time order pending to trigger cancel that wise I am not using this payment gateway.. also payment transaction charges are higher then other payment gateway..

    Sorry for missing this. This forum has been unmonitored for a while, in favour of our official Support Portal, but we’re going to fix that now!

    This issue looks serious, so we’re going to try and reproduce this for ourselves. If there’s a test or clone site you have where it might be easier to do that, do let us know. I’ll share an update on this ticket when we have one.
