Display Widgets does not work with some plugins.

Thanks for the great plugin! I’ve noticed it not working for some plugins though. The options don’t appear at all when you configure a particular widget. The plugins I noticed it not working for are:
1. NAVT Widgets
2. Flexi Pages WidgetAny ideas why?
