hidden lightbox

Hi,
I use a thumbnail gallery with the lightbox option by clicking on an image. That works fine but the picture I click at is covering the lightbox in a full screen view. You can see the lightbox behind the picture on the edges. After closing this I can use the lightbox.
How can that be?

with this link you can get two screenshots. “scrn01” shows the full screen picture which is covering the lightbox. It appears at the same time, the lightbox behind is being generated.
If I close it, I can see and use the lightbox as it should be. You see this in “scrn02.”
How can I get rid of this first fullscreenpic…?Thank you very much for your support!
