Plugin to manage users

    Hi everyone,
    anyone have any suggestions for a plugin to manage users where they can only edit specific pages? I am doing it for my company and I want specific departments to only be able to edit that particular department. also they won’t have access to the other pages.

    i tried the plugin called “user access manager” but it looks like it wants to create users by IP address. I am looking to do it by username. any suggestions?
