[Purchased License] 2 Days and waiting with no Support ?!

    Hi,

    I sent an email to support 10min after purchasing, installing and trying the plugin for few technical questions…
    It’s been 2 days and still waiting ??

    It seems there is a few issues and potential bugs I’d like to discuss.
    How can I be in touch with support more easily ?

    Please let us know as we have to bulk convert more than 190K images.
    Thank you !
