Breadcrumbs showing wrong category in 14.2

We have updated to 14.2 and it seems the breadcrumbs are showing the wrong category for this post. It was showing incorrect on the previous 14.1 version as well.
While the travel category is correct, the budget is not. It’s set to family travel and that doesn’t even show.
Caches have been cleared, disabled, etc and that doesn’t seem to affect it. We also rebuilt the indexes.
