Guest ticket submission without accounts

    How can I enable guests to submit tickets? I do not want or need them to register an account. Right now it says I need to login.

    Basically, need it to display the same as the vendor’s TICKET SUBMISSION page:
    https://kb-support.com/log-a-support-ticket/

    Also, when I try to update the LOG-A-SUPPORT-PAGE page with the TICKET SUBMISSIONS FORM shortcode: [kbs_submit form=”7″], I get an error that reads “Updating failed. The response is not a valid JSON response.”

    Head to Tickets -> Settings -> Tickets -> Submission Settings. Ensure Disable Guest Submissions is not enabled. Also set the Show Register/Login Form as you need it.

    For the shortcode page update, we can see an issue when editing with the block editor. We will get this patched and updated shortly – thank you for the heads up
