• When I use the form in Taiwan, I can send the form and submit it to Zendesk

However, when used overseas, such as Singapore and other overseas countries, the form will fail to send and cannot lead to the set page. How can I solve it?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @s22616027,

That’s strange! A few things to check:

    1. Are you using any plugins that might block access from other countries? E.g. security plugins or a firewall
    2. Does your web host block traffic from other countries?
    3. Maybe the page with the form requires a login to access it? If so, that might be failing when viewing from outside your browser/user account.
    4. Maybe there is something blocking the connections in your Zendesk account settings?

The issue must be coming from somewhere outside of this plugin. I can confirm that it does not limit access to the form via country. So unfortunately I am not sure where the issue is coming from. Hopefully the tips above will help to find the issue though.

    Hi,
When I submit the form, it will automatically go to subdomain/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php
I haven’t made any settings, do you know why this happens?
