    Hello,
It’s been more than a week I am trying to configure my website using Woocommerce and WCFM.
There’s no way for me to remember if I just noticed this issue or if it had always been there, but at checkout, when I switch between PayPal and ‘local pickup’, the delivery price remains the €3 flat rate zone shipping the seller has set up.
However the seller has also set €0 for ‘local pickup’. Is there a way to fix this?

    Thank you!

@ganymede2 Can you elaborate on what do you mean by switching “between PayPal and local pickup”? Is “PayPal” the name of a shipping method? If so, what shipping method is that, is it a flat rate?

Sharing a screenshot of your website where we can see this in action would also be helpful.

It is mixed up between being a payment method and a delivery method.

Oh the Payments methods (Woocommerce settings connected as admin) I set PayPal and COD active.
On the Delivery settings I set my zones and gave them many options including Local pick-up and Shipping from the shop.

Now on my vendor’s WCFM dashboard I activated the shipping by zone in my country, with flat rate and local pick-up activated.

Finally, on the cart page when you select the country you see the flat rate fees appearing even if you tick the Local pick-up option.

    (Screenshot : https://i.ibb.co/02nyTL1/Capture.png
here you see “Forfait” (flat rate), “2.75€” as the price of the flat rate when the vendor delivers, and “Paiement en mains propres” beeing Local pick-up.

    Thank you!

I would recommend first disabling the WCFM plugins you are using and then checking again.

If WooCommerce is the only plugin active, do you get the proper shipping options as per your settings under WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping?

If you don’t have a staging site to run this test on, I’d recommend using the Health Check plugin. Once that plugin is installed, activate troubleshooting mode, then reactivate the WooCommerce plugin and nothing else.

Under those conditions if this works you can reactivate your other plugins including WCFM. As you reactivate plugins check to see when the issue returns and then contact the developer of the plugin causing the issue as they would need to look at their code.

Thanks Phil. So after the test I guess the problem comes from WCFM, I’ll contact them…

Glad to hear that helped you narrow down the cause.

Their team should be able to look at this and find what in their code is causing the problem.

If any other questions come up, feel free to start a new support thread.
