For Fetch Errors on the POS.

First, please perform a theme/conflict test. You can follow our instructions here: https://www.bizswoop.com/plugin-theme-conflict-test/

To perform the test, deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and the POS. Verify if the Fetch Error is resolved. Often a Fetch Error is related to a conflict with another plugin creating meta data. You mentioned in another topic using other plugins for other data requirements.

If the error occurs only using WooCommerce and the POS active. Send us a debug report of the full error text message below. Copy the error message in the Fetch Error and submit to us a report in the POS system. Also confirm if the error is reproducible, if so, provide reproduction steps to create the error.

To submit a report from the POS. Click the menu, click Support. Enter in the information and error text to the text field. Leave the Send POS system report enabled.

    As shown in this video:

Our QA and Development team will review the logs. Please note a debug report will take us a multiple business days to analyze depending on the error on your website. A follow-up will be provided on the email used to submit. Due to data from the log, we don’t review logs posted on the public forum.
