unfortunately i noticed that for country italy, the state field is incorrect.
outdated provinces and regions are mixed together.
would correct by inserting the 20 regions and their provinces / metropolitan cities, as reported here https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Regioni_d%27Italia
it would be possible to correct and update it, because this is not correct for Italy.

better if in alphabetical order
