non latin characters are removed

    i notice that all non latin characters in post title are not set on image name

    in my site i am using greek and a post title
    “αυτ? ε?ναι ?να ?νομα 123 onoma edo”

    in image name became “123-onoma-edo”
    all greek characters gone!

    how can i fix this?
    and is it possible to set the post url as the image name?
