“You need a higher level of permission” – I am Locked out of my product pages

Hi,
I installed Wordfence, then a few days later I am not able to access my products pages. I am admin, and also cannot access from another admin acct.
I deactivated it, uninstalled it, deleted the folder. Still cannot get access to my products.
This is an incredible hassle and I feel like saying very very nasty things.
What do I have to do????
