• Hello,

I have issues in my homepage. There 4 sections with a heading and a background image, all are displayed in Chrome desktop, but not working as mobile version. With Safari are not showing up either versions (mobile or desktop).
I tried deactivating all plugins, and it didn’t work. I also tried to deleted the sections and create them again and the issue is still there.
I checked the console and when the images are displaying, there are no errors.
    Please help!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • you mean the slider is the background image? Firfox,Opera, Vivaldi (Chrome Engine) on Linux Mint display in every mode the slider images. Seems tob be more a Safari Issue than a Theme Issue, especially if there are no errors in the console

No, the slider is ok. I had a section with product categories, that I had to remove it, because I didn’t find out a solution, so I did in a different way. I’m doing a paid campaign so I couldn’t keep it as it was.

The issue is not with safari, it’s also using chrome mobile version.

I tried to creat a new section using simple images and there was the same problem.

I disabled all plugins and it didn’t fix the error. So if it is not the theme what could it be?

Hi, I’m experiencing the same issue with the Safari. The background images do not show up. Any other browser working perfectly. Fixed the content after SSL install, re-uploaded the images, cleared all the caches everywhere. Does not help. Just the Safari and IOS devices issue. Please advise the way to get rid of. Thanks

    Hello,

Try to disable the jetpack lazy load and site accelerator settings. Clear the cache and check it fixes the issue or not.
