2 orders with the same paypal transaction ID

    Hello!

    We encountered an issue wherein two orders have the same paypal transaction ID. Both orders were placed by the same customer at almost the same time, around 1 minute apart, and has the same items in the order. We use paypal express for the payment method. What could have possibly caused this?

    Hi there,

    Could you include your System Status Report, it would help us to understand your site setup a bit better. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your reply.

    Hi @charumeyn. The button should be available by default. If you don’t have it, it’s likely due to a conflict. You can follow the guide here to determine if that’s the case.
