For me this problem still exists. My time zone is correctly set to “France” on hte WordPress settings page.

On the server (Linux Ubuntu) I’ve checked the timezone is correct :
    Time zone: Europe/Paris (CEST, +0200)

I still have an error of 1 hour on my counter.

My workaround is to add one hour to the time but I guess I’ll have to ask the client
correct this twice a year – not cool.

    Regards, Thomas CARTER

  • Hello,

Did you mean you need to add an extra hour to correct it?
We have checked our end it’s working fine can you please provide more information like page URL etc so we can check and help you

    Thanks

I just installed this plugin and immediately ran into the same problem.

Servertime is UTC as is my own PC.
When I click on “now” to fill in the expiry date, the correct time (in UTC) is shown.
It’s now 15:21 UTC, I select 17:00 as expiry date and the website shows 39 minutes to go while it should be 1 hour 39 minutes.

The server is in Germany, I’m in Belgium so our “real” time is now UTC+2 (DST) instead of UTC+1 (standard time) but nowhere was something set to use DST.
For now I have set the expiry time an hour late.0

I also use the Timed Content Rules plugin and that one works as expected at the correct times.

I have the same issue. The plugin doesn’t account for daylight savings. WP core does. Frustrating.
