[Plugin: WPtouch iPhone Theme] Show the “Pages” Menu as Default Landing Page

I’m using WP pages more on my installation instead of posts/articles. I like how WPtouch display my selected pages with icons when a user clicks on the drop down arrow button because I really don’t have any articles to display on the default home page. What do I need to modify so that the redirect shows the list of pages?
