Stuck while “preparing to dump table wp_postmeta”

Hi! I just installed WPVivid Pro and tried running a backup. Unfortunately, the backup got stuck almost instantly. My backup progress indicator has been displaying “Preparing to dump table wp_postmeta Progress: 6%” for over 10 minutes. I tried this on a hosted version of my site, as well as a locally hosted version. Same exact results — stuck at 6%. Does anyone know what’s going wrong? Thanks!
