    Hi,

    I get the message “We’ve detected CloudFlare blocking our requests to your site. For help on resolving this issue, see our troubleshooting connection issues article here.” I followed the instructions to allow Wordfence to connect to the website but I get the same error. However, on another website which also has Cloudfare doesn’t have the firewall rule connected without any issues.

    Any advice would be appreciated, thanks!

    Can you send me a Diagnostics report so I can get a better overview of your environment? Please navigate to Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics. Here you can select SEND REPORT BY EMAIL. Please include your www.ads-software.com username and update this thread after you’ve sent it.

    Hey @9metis,

    I didn’t see anything glaring in the Diagnostics.

    In some cases, a site behind Cloudflare might be configured in a way that prevents our requests from going through even if they’re not being blocked by Cloudflare, but the error message will show that Cloudflare is blocking them because we’re unable to determine any other cause.

    You’ll also want to make sure you’re not somehow blocking the Cloudflare IP ranges.

    Also, please check to make sure 54.68.32.247 is not getting blocked.

    Hi @wfgerald, those IPs are not blocked and I’m still getting the error. Nevermind, I’ll just manage that website separately. Thanks for your help anyway!
