    Hi there,

Can you give us a link to your site so we can take a look?

What happens if you switch to a default theme like Twenty Twenty, or to the WooCommerce Storefront theme?

    Hi,

    My site link is https://lunalandsupply.com

I have configured and created some product on borsche, if I switched to another theme my product data of borche theme will be lost?

    The link is helpful.

Right now I am not seeing Jetpack images at all — just via.placeholder.com grey images with image sizes. Is that expected? Also is Jetpack’s image optimizer on right now?

Could you send links to the images that should be appearing?

    Hi,

I have deactivated the jetpack plugin and see the result. It displayed all the images.

Your products are created using the WooCommerce plugin and are stored in the site database. Changing the theme should not cause any of your products to be lost.

That said, you can install the Health Check plugin on your site to view it with a default theme without it affecting the live version of your site that visitors can see:

    https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/

I have deactivated the jetpack plugin and see the result.

Seeing what your site looks like with Jetpack disabled does not help us troubleshoot what’s going on here, as all that does is prevents us from seeing the issue.

Please test if enabling Jetpack, but using a different theme makes any difference, so we can rule out a conflict with your theme as a cause here.

While you have the Health Check plugin enabled, also check if it makes any difference if you disable all other plugins except Jetpack and WooCommerce. I can see a large number of plugins installed on your site, and any one of them could be potentially causing a conflict with Jetpack on your site, resulting in the images not loading.

From the data Jetpack has for your site I can see you’re using the W3 Total Cache plugin and also the Revslider plugin, for example, and both those plugins are known to cause issues with Jetpack. Revslider in particular has a known conflict with our image CDN:

    Hi,

I have switched to the default theme and installed the Health Check plugin.

Deactivated all the plugin and activated the required plugin with Jetpack plugin it started working.
So many plugins there so don’t know exactly which plugin created the problem.

    Thanks for the help.

If it started working after you deactivated all other plugins, re-enable your plugins one at a time until images stops working again. The last plugin you re-activated before the images stopped working is the one causing the problem.

    Hi,

I have activated the required 8-10 plugins and then tested the image loading issue and it works properly.

The other 15-20 plugins could be unwanted and installed during the woocommerce installation. so keep those plugins in the deactivated mode.

but as suggested by you I started plugins activation one by one but somehow the problem does not occur again.

You mentioned you have deactivated 15-20 plugins so it is probably one of them that was causing the issue. If everything works and you do not need the deactivated plugins on your site, you should be all set ??

Yes, all set and now no problem with the jetpack after deactivated the unnecessary plugins.

    Thanks all for the help.
