• Every transaction made is successful, but we or the customer do not receive an email of a successful transaction and the order status is “Pending Payment”. When I log in on the HALKBANK admin system, the transaction is made and complete. I have to manually change the order status to processing. Why is this happening?

    You have some server error that happen while exeucting. Please check the server log and see why that happens.

    You don’t have push notification, Server problem from your hosting provider, or chiper suites configuration on server for your SSL certificate.
