Email sent successfully, but nothing received

I am having problems receiving emails from the Contact Form 7 plugin on my WordPress site.

All the information is inserted correctly and I am getting no error message both on the site itself when sending the message and in the console.

I have spoken with my hosting provider and they assured me everything was in place on their side.

I have also tried combining the Easy WP SMTP plugins but they don’t help me either.

Anything I can try?
