Can you tell me if there were any changes made to role permissions to your site? It appears that some of the Admin role’s permissions were changed. To be sure you have that role, go to the left column menu and click “Users.” This should load the page that lists all users of the site. Be sure that the Role column is active and check what role you are assigned. If it was changed then reach out to any other site Admins to see what has occurred. You will need one of them to change this for you if it has been updated incorrectly.
A role change would also explain why you cannot see the “Products” link in the menu. You would need to have at least the Store Manager role for access to there. An Admin role would work too, but if your role was changed to Customer, Subscriber, or Author then you won’t be able to access that part.
Please check on this first and get back to us. If you do have the Administrator role, can you tell me if this is a Multi-site? If so, please check with any Super Admins of the Network to see if they can tell you more about any updates to the Admin role’s permissions.
