Hello guys,
WooCommerce is driving me mad. I cannot sync e-mail marketing plug-in (such as MailChimp or MailerLite).

At first, I tought was a MailChimp problem so I contact the support sending them the WooCommerce system status report, Fatal Error Logs and mailchimp_woocommerce logs. They reach be back saying everything looks fine form MailChimp side and the problems is WooCommerce related.

I tried another e-mail marketing plug-in (MailerLite) and still have the same problem.

I’m going to attach the some files I send MailChimp support hoping someone can help me solve this.

Taking a quick look at the Status Report, I can see this:

It may not be the cause, but an outdated database version is known to corrupt data – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-update-woocommerce/#db-update

Can you let me know exactly what you are seeing in terms of error messages or notices please which you are referring to about the sync? WooCommerce itself doesn’t handle email so if this is purely related to email plugins then going through a ful conflict test may help – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/
